Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a web development project. If you wish to cancel your project, please notify us as soon as possible.

Refunds

Refunds for cancelled projects (Excluding Domain and Third Party Purchases) will be issued according to the following terms:

  1. If you cancel your project within 3 days of making payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
  2. If you cancel your project after 3 days but before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a partial refund. The amount refunded will be determined based on the extent of work completed up to the point of cancellation.
  3. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after work has commenced on the project.
  4. Domain Purchases are non-refundable.
  5. Refunds can take upto 5-7 working days.

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your cancellation request. Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, and no additional fees will be charged for processing.

Changes to Projects

If you wish to make changes to your project after work has commenced, please contact us to discuss the options available. Additional charges may apply for any changes requested after work has begun.
